GEST 2008 was a tremendous success, allowing the more than 900 attendees from 50 different countries the opportunity to meet and exchange their knowledge in the field of Embolization.

The main aim of the annual GEST meeting is to provide quality innovative Embolization-focused education, bringing the highest level of scientific, clinical, practice building, and practical technical education about the new procedures, therapies, materials and devises, their results and relevance for patient care, and imaging to all who participate.

We the Founders of GEST would like to thank our faculty, participants, partners, and exhibitors for their individual contributions to the meeting, and look forward to working together in Paris April 2009 and at future editions of the meeting.
